You do not have to be an analyst to invest. But you should know what you are getting into, where your return is supposed to come from, and what would have to happen for it not to arrive.
Currently working on
A textbook on Bitcoin and digital assets in e-commerce
Together with co-authors I am preparing a university textbook (working title, roughly 200 pages) for e-commerce students. I am writing the chapters on cryptocurrencies as a payment system in online shops and on financial management and investing in digital assets.
Guest Editor of the Special Issue “Cryptocurrency and Digital Cash”
I am editing a special issue of the FinTech journal (MDPI) on cryptocurrencies and digital cash. The submission deadline is 30 November 2026.
A chapter on digitalisation and the urban circular economy
For a textbook on the circular economy in cities I am writing the chapter on how digitalisation changes the way it works. It does not create it on its own, but it lowers information and coordination barriers. The text is with the editor and the book is being compiled.
